30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, not the original purchase date. Contact support@mofebis.com before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return eligibility
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- The original packaging, tags, and any protective hygiene seal must be intact.
- Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
- For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel that has been worn, washed, altered, or had its protective seal removed cannot be returned, except when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Change-of-mind returns and size exchanges
For returns caused by a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. The original $9.90 shipping charge is non-refundable. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability and the same eligibility conditions.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Report the issue within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. If the item is confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect, Mofebis will cover reasonable return shipping and provide a replacement or refund, subject to availability.
Refund processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will email the approval or rejection decision. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any statutory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.
