Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation when payment is approved and another email when the parcel ships.
Available destinations
Mofebis currently accepts orders for delivery to the United States, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Countries not listed above cannot complete checkout at this time.
Standard shipping
Standard shipping is a flat $9.90 per order for every eligible destination listed above. The same shipping charge is added at checkout for U.S., Canadian, Saudi, and UAE addresses.
Shipping is charged separately from the product price. Taxes, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after dispatch. Processing time is additional. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and customs or transport delays may occasionally extend delivery time.
Customs and import charges
Any duties, import taxes, or customs charges assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient, unless local law requires otherwise. Mofebis does not collect these destination charges at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to become active.
