This website and online store are operated by Mofebis. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your location and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
3. Products and fit information
We aim to describe materials, sizing, colors, and product features accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variation may cause minor visual differences. Compression shapewear is not a medical device. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery, or managing a medical condition.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Product prices, sale periods, and availability may change. Payment must be approved before an order is dispatched. Payments are processed by PayPal or another clearly identified payment provider; Mofebis does not store full payment-card numbers.
5. Order acceptance and cancellation
An order acknowledgement does not by itself mean that an order has been accepted. We may cancel or refuse an order when stock is unavailable, a price or product description contains a material error, payment cannot be verified, or fraud is suspected. If payment has already been captured, the relevant amount will be refunded.
6. Shipping, taxes, and customs
Standard shipping is a flat $9.90 per order for the eligible destinations listed in our Shipping Policy. The recipient is responsible for destination duties or import charges unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. The return window begins on the delivery date. Hygiene exclusions and the responsibility for return postage are explained in that policy and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
8. Permitted use
You may not use this website for unlawful activity, interfere with site security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the store at a disruptive volume, or use Mofebis content, photography, trademarks, or product descriptions without permission.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mofebis is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from misuse of the website or products, delayed delivery caused by events outside our reasonable control, or information provided through third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
